Borneo Oil posts RM874,000 Q3 loss

Borneo Oil Bhd has posted a pre-tax loss of RM874,000 for the third quarter ended Oct 31, 2011 from a pre-tax profit of
RM80.316 million in the previous corresponding quarter.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the company said revenue rose to RM6.28 million from RM5.21 million previously.
"The higher revenue was mainly due to the continued improvement of the fast food division where more franchise outlets were opened," it added. -- Bernama
